Information regarding changes to coverage for telehealth visits.
Hello, all.
Recently, information about ending the COVID-19 public health emergency has been released. The end to this may affect whether or not your insurance companies cover telehealth visits the same way that they have been since 2020. If you ever utilize, or intend to utilize, telehealth visits with your counselor here, please reach out to your insurance company to discuss any coverage changes for telehealth (video and/or phone call) visits. You can call the customer care number on the back of your card to reach an agent. Due to the number of clients and differences in insurance plans, we are not able to track this information for you so it is your responsibility to know what your insurance company will cover. Please call us at the office with any questions.
